Dallas-Fort Worth passed a gigawatt of installed data center supply in 2025, one of only three markets in North America over that line, and CBRE's 2026 investor survey ranks it the single most attractive data center market on the continent. West of the Metroplex, the $500 billion Stargate program put its flagship campus in Abilene. Behind all of it sits an ERCOT interconnection queue holding over two hundred gigawatts of large-load requests, most of it data centers trying to energize before 2030. PHASE 01
Build
Sitework through shell runs under OSHA 29 CFR 1926: Subpart M fall protection at the 6 ft trigger height, 1926.1153 Table 1 engineering controls on every concrete cut and core, HazCom on every trailer. Add a Texas summer on a shadeless pad and the supply list writes itself. This is the phase where our construction stack ships by the pallet, not the piece.
Silica Dust Control & Extraction

PHASE 02
Fit-Out & Commissioning
The phase most suppliers get wrong. Once the envelope closes, the white space moves to cleanliness protocols with dust budgets and humidity targets a normal jobsite never sees. Containment goes up, negative air comes online, dehumidification holds the slab and the air ahead of rack delivery, and the final clean is judged by a commissioning agent with a particle counter, not a foreman with a flashlight.

Can you supply data center projects outside the DFW Metroplex?
Yes. Same-day will-call pickup and next-day delivery cover the DFW corridor, and we ship freight across Texas, including the Abilene, Temple, San Antonio, and West Texas campuses. For remote sites we typically stage phase-scale orders, a full containment package or a full PPE crew load, on scheduled freight rather than piece-rate shipments, which is how compressed data center schedules stay supplied without a local branch on every corner.
Do you sell to trade contractors, or only to general contractors?
Both. We supply GCs running the shell and fit-out, and the specialty trades stacked under them: concrete cutters, electrical and mechanical crews, insulation and finish trades, and the commissioning-clean contractors who close the job out. Net-terms accounts are available on request, and every account gets a dedicated rep, not a call-center queue.
What do you stock for pre-commissioning cleanliness protocols?
The white-space discipline stack: ZipWall containment and poly sheeting, walk-off and tacky matting, negative air machines with HEPA filtration, true-HEPA vacuums, and commissioning-grade final-clean chemistry and microfiber. If the project runs a formal cleanliness spec, your rep can map the containment and filtration package to the protocol phases so the gear shows up when each zone flips.
Can you handle temporary humidity control before rack delivery?
Yes. We stock Phoenix and Legend Brands LGR dehumidifiers and desiccant units for slab cure, coatings windows, and holding white-space humidity targets ahead of rack and server delivery. Desiccant is usually the right answer for large-volume, low-grain targets; LGR covers most conditioned interior phases. We size by grains per pound against the space and the target, and rental-versus-purchase economics usually favor purchase on a multi-month fit-out.
A crew is gearing up for its first data center job. Do you offer terms or financing?
Yes. Net 30 terms are available on approved credit, and equipment purchases can be financed through our PEAC Solutions partnership, details and the application are on our financing page at /financing. The typical pattern for a first data center contract is financing the capital equipment, dust extractors, negative air, dehumidification, while running consumables on net terms.
What happens when a live facility takes water?
Call 214.235.0721. The 24/7 CAT line routes to a rep who can open the Grand Prairie warehouse for unscheduled pickup. The water-response stack, extractors, air movers, LGR dehumidifiers, moisture meters, is the inventory we keep deepest, because it is the one category where hours are the whole game.
