HOW WE OPERATE
When the storm hits, we’re already staged.
The operational backbone behind every pallet that leaves our dock.
OUR NETWORK
A 30,000 sq ft DFW warehouse sized for the gear crews actually run.
Stampede distributes out of a single 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Grand Prairie, Texas, the geographic center of the DFW Metroplex. That’s a deliberate choice: restoration, abatement, and environmental crews lose jobs to ship dates, not to product quality. A central footprint with regional coverage across the south-central US keeps the gear close to the truck bay.
- Grand Prairie, TX: 30,000 sq ft distribution warehouse
- DFW Metroplex same-day will-call pickup
- Regional ground coverage across the south-central US
- Nationwide drop-ship via major carriers for out-of-market accounts
- Single-warehouse model, no cross-dock delays between DCs

STOCK DEPTH
Stocked deep on the SKUs crews actually burn through, not a paper catalog.
Most distribution failures aren’t breadth failures, they’re depth failures. A crew arrives with the right PO and the warehouse has three of the sixty units they requested. Stampede stocks the moving SKUs, LGR dehus, air movers, HEPA filters, negative-air machines, absorbents, containment poly, P100 cartridges, Polyken abatement tapes, deep enough that a single Cat loss doesn’t clear the shelf.
- Moving SKUs stocked to job-scale depth, not sample quantities
- Restoration, abatement, biohazard, and environmental categories staged on the same floor
- Chemistry (antimicrobials, encapsulants, sealers) dated and rotated
- Consumables (poly, tape, PPE) stocked for multi-crew pulls
- Backorder flagged up front, never discovered at the will-call window

FULFILLMENT SPEED
Same-day pickup for DFW-local orders during business hours.
The distributor’s job on a loss day is to not be the bottleneck. Stampede’s fulfillment model is built around will-call: DFW-local crews pull in, a rep has the order staged, and the truck is loaded on the same day for in-stock items. Regional ground typically ships next business day. The 24/7 CAT line at 214.235.0721 covers unscheduled pickup for active catastrophic events.
- Same-day will-call pickup for DFW-local, in-stock orders
- Regional next-business-day ground for most south-central US accounts
- Pre-staged orders for standing-account and scheduled-job pickups
- Drop-ship coordination for out-of-state jobsite deliveries
- 24/7 CAT line for unscheduled pickup during active losses

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Dedicated reps. No call-center routing. No ticket queue.
Restoration and abatement work doesn’t fit a ticket system. Specs change mid-job, a substitute has to be sourced in an hour, and a new tech needs a cartridge recommendation at 11pm. Stampede assigns a dedicated rep to every account, the same person answers the phone on Tuesday at 2pm and Saturday at 2am. That’s a structural choice, not a service promise.
- Named account rep on every account, not a queue
- Direct cell and email access, not an IVR
- Rep coordinates substitutes when a primary SKU is short
- Net terms available for qualified accounts
- Open to single-truck operators and large franchises on the same terms

MANUFACTURER PARTNERSHIPS
Direct manufacturer lines with 100+ restoration and environmental vendors.
Stampede buys direct from 100+ restoration, abatement, construction, and environmental manufacturers, not through a secondary distributor tier. Direct lines mean current product dating, faster allocation on backordered SKUs, and factory-level technical support when a spec question needs the engineer, not the catalog. Phoenix, Legend Brands, NC Filtration, Fiberlock, Bioesque, Husqvarna, FallTech, 3M, CEP, and the rest of the core stack are all direct.
- 100+ restoration & environmental vendor partners, direct lines, no secondary tier
- Phoenix, Legend Brands, KleenRite for water-damage equipment
- NC Filtration, Mastercraft for HEPA and negative-air
- Fiberlock, Bioesque, Foster (HB Fuller) for chemistry and encapsulants
- Husqvarna, FallTech, ZipWall, Polyken for construction and abatement
- Factory-level technical support routed through your rep

CAT RESPONSE
A 24/7 CAT response line because losses don't hold for a PO window.
Water losses, fire events, hazmat releases, and biohazard calls don’t arrive during business hours. Stampede’s 24/7 catastrophic response line at 214.235.0721 routes to a rep who can open the Grand Prairie warehouse for unscheduled will-call pickup on active-scene jobs. It’s reserved for actual unplanned events, standing orders run through the assigned rep during business hours.
- 24/7 CAT response line: 214.235.0721
- Unscheduled warehouse opening for active-scene pickups
- Covers water, fire, biohazard, and environmental CAT events
- Regional freeze-line, hail, and flood-event activation
- Reserved for unplanned emergencies, not a substitute for standing orders

SPECIALTY & CUSTOM
Custom kits, bulk pricing, and the asks that don't fit a line card.
Not every job maps to a stock SKU. SPCC-regulated facilities need spill kits configured to their contingency plan. Multi-site facilities portfolios need par-level programs with quarterly refresh. Commercial interior demo needs containment, negative-air, and cutting gear on a single PO. Stampede builds custom kits, quotes bulk for standing volume, and takes the unusual call, because that’s usually the job nobody else wanted.
- Custom-configured spill kits matched to SPCC and contingency plans
- Par-level reorder programs for standing facilities accounts
- Consolidated single-PO orders across containment, filtration, chemistry, and PPE
- Bulk pricing on standing volume for contractors and GCs
- Sourcing on specialty asks when a job falls outside the line card
