This double-leg lanyard features an internal energy absorber and visual fall indicator, simplifying inspections and providing a clear indication of lanyard status. Constructed with durable tubular polyester webbing and alloy steel connectors, it’s built for long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
The lanyard’s double-leg design facilitates 100% tie-off, enhancing safety during work at height. It includes alloy steel snap hooks for harness attachment and rebar hooks for secure anchorage connections, with transverse load-rated gates on the rebar hooks. The internal energy absorber helps minimize impact force during a fall, while the visual fall indicator provides a quick assessment of lanyard integrity.
Key specifications include a 6' free fall length, a maximum arrest force of 1,800 lb, and an average arrest force of 900 lb. The lanyard’s webbing is constructed from polyester POY, and the connectors are made of plated alloy steel, offering a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb with a 3,600 lb gate strength.
