Fiberlock NexStrip Pro is a dual-action paint stripper designed for quick and complete removal of multiple paint layers on interior and exterior surfaces. Its ready-to-use formula simplifies surface preparation for facility maintenance teams.

The Fiberlock NexStrip Pro is designed for facility managers, safety officers, and procurement teams needing a powerful paint removal solution. This dual-action stripping formula quickly attacks and delaminates paint systems, making it ideal for interior and exterior surface preparation projects. Its unique paste formulation clings tenaciously to multiple layers of coatings, simplifying the stripping process. NexStrip Pro features a super strength, dual-action stripping formula that is methylene chloride free and non-flammable. Application is straightforward; it’s ready to use and doesn’t require dilution. Optimal working temperatures are between 60-90°F, though performance may be reduced at lower temperatures, potentially requiring longer dwell times. Applying between 1/16” and 1/4” thick, or two coats when spraying, ensures adequate coverage. Coverage rates vary, typically 40-60 square feet per gallon. For best results, protect surrounding surfaces and vegetation. Dwell times can range from 2 to 72 hours, depending on the paint system’s thickness and type. Extended dwell times (beyond 6 hours) can be prolonged by covering with Piranha Paper. Clean up is simple with soap and water or denatured alcohol. Always follow all federal, state, and local regulations for proper disposal of waste. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including impervious gloves, apron, footwear, and safety goggles or a face shield. Ensure adequate ventilation during use. Store in a dry place between 40°F and 90°F, with a 36-month shelf life in original, closed containers.
