The Prochem 8109 All Fiber Rinse & Emulsifier is designed for facility managers and cleaning professionals seeking a minimum residue, multi-purpose rinse for carpets and fabrics. Its exclusive formula effectively removes soils and prespray residues that other rinses may leave behind, ensuring a thorough clean. This acidic neutralizing rinse leaves surfaces bright and luxuriously soft, while also inhibiting soil wicking, a common issue with commercial olefin carpets. This rinse minimizes the risk of bleeding, dye migration, and browning, making it suitable for area rug and upholstery cleaning applications. Formulated as a liquid concentrate, the 1-gallon unit makes up to 129 gallons of ready-to-use (RTU) solution. Diluted, each gallon covers approximately 400 square feet. The RTU pH ranges from 4.5 to 5.5. Ideal for professional cleaning operations, the Prochem 8109 helps maintain the appearance and integrity of carpets and fabrics.
