Its RTU pH of 9.5 to 9.8 provides robust cleaning power suitable for commercial applications while remaining compliant with specifications to preserve the stain-resist properties of fifth-generation carpets. One gallon of concentrate yields up to 33 gallons of ready-to-use solution, covering approximately 400 square feet per diluted gallon. For optimal results, follow up with Prochem All Fiber Rinse (powdered or liquid). In cases of severe soil buildup, consider using Prochem Dry Slurry.
