Fiberlock IAQ 8000 is a mold-inhibiting HVAC sealant that reinforces ductwork and prevents airborne particulates. This 5-gallon sealant features a high viscosity formula and meets NFPA 90A/90B standards.

Fiberlock IAQ 8000 is an interior white, mold-inhibiting HVAC sealant designed for facility managers and maintenance teams working with ductwork. This sealant reinforces duct liner or duct board insulation, seals unlined ductwork, and resurfaces fiberglass-lined ductwork, preventing particulate matter from becoming airborne. Its high viscosity formulation provides maximum bridging ability across insulation materials and minimizes sagging or dripping on vertical and top surfaces. IAQ 8000 creates a durable, flexible, and moisture-resistant coating with a semi-gloss finish that helps reduce dust accumulation. It has been successfully tested to ASTM C-411 and is classified as a Class A fire rating per ASTM E-84. The product meets the requirements of NFPA 90A/90B. Note that mold resistance applies to the dry coating surface only. Available in a 5-gallon container, IAQ 8000 is suitable for a range of HVAC applications where sealing and protecting ductwork is essential. Its formulation ensures reliable performance and contributes to improved indoor air quality within your facility. This sealant is ideal for maintaining the integrity of HVAC systems and minimizing maintenance needs.
